The 10th National Conference and the 2nd International Conference on Promotion of Professional Ethics and Social Responsibility were held on 1st of july 2023, hosted by Tehran University and Tehran University of Medical Sciences at the Summit Hall. This conference was held in cooperation with the Women and Family Center of the University and the Cultural and Social Vice-Chancellor of Tehran Samarbakhsh University. In this conference, lectures were held on the issues of the need to promote professional ethics, the need to promote social responsibility, the discourse of fourth generation universities, the components of a civilizing university, as well as the culture of benevolence and helpfulness and the social responsibility of elites.

Before the conference, in a press conference, Dr. Fatemeh Yazdian, adviser to the president of Tehran University for women and family affairs and head of the Women and Family Center of Tehran University, said that "Our goal in holding an international conference is to promote professional ethics and social responsibility, to create Networking and communication between activists and organizations and institutions is to take better steps in this direction with their company and to make Tehran University a pioneer in supporting every student in the country. Meanwhile, Tehran University aims to create a positive impact in the society. to act with the approach of social responsibility. Ultimately, the goal is to produce a local model of social responsibility so that we can display the values prevailing in the society in this model."
